After a free no–obligation quote on fitting a new boiler, booking was a breeze and communication was great throughout. The engineers arrived on time and promptly carried out removal and disposal of old boiler and flue and installation of new ones — all work carried out to amazing standard (and all gas safety documents provided) and everything tidied afterwards — you wouldn't know they'd been there. Boiler Servicing and Support I have known Joe for many years and he has supported myself and my parents with boiler replacements and servicing. Joe was beyond helpful out of hours on the phone on trying to help me with a fault on my boiler, he went out of his way to contact my warranty company to get them to contact me which they did within the next 48hours which was over that weekend. Combi Boiler Installation Having had my old boiler breakdown earlier in the week, Joe provided a quote, and was the only company prepared to do the install this Saturday. Joe performed the install to a high standard, integrating the new boiler with my NEST thermostat, leaving the house tidy and the heating and hot water working perfectly. I had the GAS SAFE certificate and 10 year warranty in my inbox even before Joe left the house, overall he was extremely efficient and professional, and I would recommend PPH South to others.
